SUSTAINABILITY AT ANDI

#principles

Business in today's world must be a force for good. We are compelled to operate in a manner that preserves humananity's ability to enjoy life on Earth for generations to come. We incorporate this practice into every aspect of what we build.

#zerowaste

We use every single piece of material in our manufacturing, no waste goes to landfill. Fabric offcuts are used as stitching reinforcement to make ANDIs more durable. We test and build our products to last, back them up with a robust warranty. All ANDIs are 100% recyclable via our take back program where we repurpose and/or donate any second hand or damaged products. You can access our recycling take back program here.

#transparency

99% of our manufacturing and sourcing takes place in Taiwan. Keeping a localized manufacturing operation reduces our manufacturing footprint. We only work with partners who share our values to protect our environment and provide excellent working conditions for employees. We're constantly looking to improve our processes and actively seek out suppliers with Oeko-Tex® 100 and bluesign® certifications.

#recycled

Our products are 100% vegan and 95% of our products incorporate materials made from post-consumer recycled plastics. Our recycled fabrics are certified by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and Taiwan Green Mark. We use eco-friendly dyes and processes to reduce water usage for all of our fabrics. Our hang tags are made with post-consumer recycled paper and our packaging is recyclable.

#responsibility

At the end of 2022, ANDI committed to cease all production of virgin materials and to use only recycled, remnant and landfill-bound fabrics. We are actively collaborating with scientists and researchers in the energy and sustainable materials space to learn and employ best practices for climate preservation.
