  • Returns

    We want you to love your ANDI! If you’ve ordered the wrong color/size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. so long as:

    •  Your items are unused, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. they must be as-new with no signs of use, no scuffs, no marks, no odors), and in their original packaging with all original hangtags.

    •  Your item is returned within 30 days of your purchase date.

    For items over $50, we'll email you a free UPS return label.

    Gift cards cannot be returned, or exchanged for cash. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns that do not meet these criteria, or if return activity is deemed excessive. Please note that discounted items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

  • Timing

    Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund (to original payment method) or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.

    COVID-19 Update: Due to additional occupational health and safety precautions in place, returns processing may take longer than usual.

  • Free Shipping

    We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $75 and free returns within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $75.

    Orders are shipped from our New York distribution center on business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will ship the following business day. Orders received after 1:30PM ET on business days will ship the following business day.

    We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.

    International shipping costs are not covered by ANDI.

  • Exchanges

    We recommend placing a new order for the item that you'd like while simultaneously creating a return for the item you're returning. This allows you to receive the new item quickly and eliminates the risk the new item selling out.

  • International Shipping

    Although it’s more expensive and logistically complex, we work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for customers around the world.

    Import duties, taxes, and charges (where applicable), vary by country and are payable to your local carrier or customs office on delivery of your order. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), also known as Delivered-At-Place or (DAP) through DHL or UPS.

    Orders not collected for any reason (e.g. refused by the recipient or having an incorrect address) will be returned to us by the shipping carrier and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    International shipments typically take up to 5-10 business days to arrive for most international cities.

    We're unable to offer shipping to every country at this time.

  • International Returns/Exchanges

    You may exchange or return your items for a refund as long as:

    •  Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no signs of use, no scuffs, no marks, no odors), and in their original packaging with all original hangtags.

    •  Your item is returned within 30 days of your purchase date.

    Please note that for all international (non-U.S.) orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may be charged additional VAT and/or duties by their local government when processing a return or exchange.

  • Warranty Request

    We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship defect, please submit a warranty request so that our customer support team can make it right. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by ANDI.

  • Final Sale

    Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are those with a Final Sale disclaimer at the start of the product description and any item purchased at a discount of 40% or more.
