It is our hope that your ANDI will be a loved companion for as long as you wish to use it. Accordingly, we work hard to provide you with excellent customer service, including well-built products that we stand behind 100%.

When products are used for their intended purpose, our Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, and includes full construction of our products, as well as all materials (including zippers, snaps, clasps, grips, etc.). Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect. It also does not include incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag.

Our warranty program is available to original owners of ANDIs purchased as new items on our website or at one of our authorized retailers. We require proof of purchase and are happy to manage this for you by way of our registration program. To register your ANDI, please fill out the form below.

Please note, for the first year of ownership, we will cover shipping expenses for all warranty claims. Following the first year of ownership, warranty claims must be shipped at owner’s expense for repair. We will cover the cost of return shipping. As we cannot be responsible for packages lost by way of carrier on their way to our facilities, we strongly suggest insuring and tracking your package.

Typical processing time for repairs is 3-8 weeks from receipt of the damaged product.
