Return Policy

ANDI bags can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date. **PLEASE NOTE: For the holidays, our return policy will extend an extra 30 days for products purchased between November 14th and December 24th.**

We will only accept returns for items that have not been used, altered or washed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, The ANDI Brand reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise unless we have made a shipping error. Please track the return to confirm delivery and hold onto your tracking number until the return is processed and refunded.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via FedEx or USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent, you will be responsible for any incurred charges by FedEx or USPS to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at 1-646-504-7010. We will contact the shipper right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending investigation of the situation.
