It is our hope that your ANDI will be a loved companion on your journeys for very long time. To original purchasers of ANDI products in the United States, we guarantee your item(s) to be free of workmanship and material defects. Our warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of material and color from use over time or damages caused by normal wear and tear, accident, or improper care. At this time our warranty policy only applies to purchases made within the United States, international requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
Warranty is applicable only to original owners of ANDI products. Valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or gift receipt is required (if purchase was made on www.theandibrand.com we can locate your order). Warranty does not apply to items purchased through a sample sale or showroom sale (in showroom or online). ANDI reserves the right to update or change this warranty policy at any time, with or without notice (subject to applicable law). Limitations of damages: ANDI shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. This warranty policy is not a contract of any kind.

If you purchased your item from www.theandibrand.com, or if you registered your item at the time of purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a images of your issue and the email address that was used to purchase or register your item.
Please allow 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your warranty request to be reviewed. Our customer care team will contact you via email with next steps on repairing your item. A repair will take approximately 3-4 weeks (often much sooner). We'll email you a return tracking number once we have shipped your item back to you. If we determine upon receipt and inspection of your item that it is not repairable, we will offer a replacement at our discretion (or issue a store credit if that item is no longer available).
ANDI products are fully warranted, to the original owner, for the practical lifetime of the item. While we fully stand by our materials and workmanship, “normal wear and tear” is a part of any well-loved item's lifetime and is not covered under warranty. Here are some examples that are not covered:
- Rips or tears from misuse or improper care
- Color discoloration due to sun or general wear over time
- Reduction of water resistance from repeated laundering or general wear over time
Taking good care of your ANDI items will add to their lifetime.
Material defects refers to zippers, hardware, fabrics, and any other components used in the construction of our products. Workmanship is specific to the seams and assembly of our products.
