Returns & Exchanges
We're confident that you'll love your new ANDI, although if you're not completely satisfied, purchases may be exchanged or returned within 30 days. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know.
We provide free return shipping labels for orders within the United States. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and be returned in the original packaging with hang tags in place in order to ensure a full credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International shipments that are refused/returned before delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to the additional DHL costs incurred. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked as Final Sale or those discounted at 40% or more at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. Final sale items will have Final Sale displayed on the product page below the price at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When you submit your return request, select the option to receive a store credit. When your return is finalized you'll receive a gift card which you can use to purchase your exchange item. Alternatively, we suggest placing a order for your exchange item immediately to ensure we don't run out of stock causing you to miss out. To use this option please select refund instead of store credit, we'll then refund your original purchase once we receive your return.
Returns take 5-7 business days to process after receipt of the package. We’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you.
If you return an item(s) from an order that was purchased with a Visa gift card, be sure to keep the card information. We will credit the amount of the purchase back onto the Visa gift card. If the card or card information is lost, we cannot recover the refunded amount.
