Orders and Shipping
We are in close contact with all of our partners to ensure employee safety and compliance with regulatory changes. Some delays may be experienced due to the impact of the pandemic and additional precautions being taken. Currently, we are seeing that the majority of orders are being delivered on time.
UPS Temporarily Suspends Service Guarantee
UPS have advised that "Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination." This means that while UPS will continue to make best efforts to deliver expedited orders within the stated service times, UPS cannot currently guarantee delivery within those service times due to the impact of the pandemic on their normal business operations.
How much does domestic (U.S.) shipping cost? How long will it take to get my order?
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50, and packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days from our New York warehouse. Please note that orders do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If you need your order in a hurry, you can upgrade to overnight shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Currently, this option is only available to customers in the contiguous United States. Overnight shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. (Note: Expedited orders placed after 1:30PM ET will process the next business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or public holidays.)

Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes! UPS Overnight shipping is available within the contiguous United States.
UPS Overnight ships via UPS Next Day Air Saver on business days. Orders must be received by 1:30PM ET to ship the same day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will ship the following business day. Orders received after 1:30PM ET on business days will ship the following business day.
Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside of the U.S.)? How does it work?
Yes, we ship internationally!
Although it’s more expensive and logistically complex, we work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for customers around the world.
Import duties, taxes, and charges (where applicable), vary by country and are payable to your local carrier or customs office on delivery of your order. International orders are shipping delivered duty unpaid (DDU) through the “DHL Express Worldwide” shipping method.
Orders denied by the customer will be shipped back to the seller and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International shipments typically take up to 3-6 business days to arrive for most international cities.
While we ship to many locations around the world, we don’t quite ship everywhere (yet!). If we don't currently ship to your country, send us an email and we'll do our best to get you an ANDI.

I haven't received my order/shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received an email confirmation yet, there are a few things you can do:
• Check your spam folder. Some email providers might mark our emails as spam.
• If you're using Gmail, check your Promotions inbox by clicking the “Promotions” tab at the top of the page.
If neither of those things work, send us an email. We'll help update you on your order status. To ensure delivery to your inbox, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and safe-sender list.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, send us an email and we will gladly assist you!
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
New tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking number still isn't working, send us an email and we'll help get you a status update!
Can I change or cancel my order?
While we wish could, we're unable to edit orders once they are placed due to immediate processing by our distributoin center. We want you to love your ANDI, so you can rest easy with free returns and exchanges within the contiguous United States!
Final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

What makes ANDIs so unique?
We make our products with you in mind. Our pieces are super-lightweight so they won't weigh you down throughout your day. They transform so that you can do more with less. They're water-resistant and UV-resistant to ensure they can keep pace with your lifestyle. Smart features like non-slip grips and smart pockets make them great for any occasion. The end result is a comfy eco-chic bag that works with you, not against you.
What type of materials do you use?
We utilize both nylon and post-consumer recycled polyester (rPET) due to their longevity, high-tensile strength, light weight, and water-resistance. We're constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate with new materials that have a low environmental impact. Our manufactures hold material certifications including bluesign® APPROVED and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
ANDI is a vegan brand - we don't use any animal products.
What should I wear my ANDI with?
ANDI was started to bring quality, versatility, sustainability and style together. We put an enormous amount of effort into making bags sophisticated enough for special occasions but still dependable enough for everyday wear. Are ANDIs waterproof/water resistant?
ANDIs fabric and lining are water-resistant and will keep your goods dry on typical rainy days, but we wouldn't recommend standing around in a downpour. ANDIs are not fully waterproof as that would require an item to be 100% airtight, which seams and zippers are not. Always use extra caution if you've got electronics or important paperwork.
The product I want is sold out. What should I do and how often do you restock?
While our products can sell out fast, we regularly restock our core products on a rolling basis. Though we aren't able to provide exact restock dates for individual styles, the best way to be notified of a restock is to join our waitlist for the size and style you want. This way, you will receive an email as soon as we receive them in stock! To do this, click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page, sign up with your email, and we will automatically notify you when your item is back in stock.
Seasonal colorways are not restocked and are removed from the website shortly after they've sold out, so don't hang around on the fence for too long.
When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards expire five years after the date of issuance.
