Orders & Tracking

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on business days before 12:30PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:30PM ET or on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day.

We ship all orders from our New York fulfillment center.

Expedited shipping options are also available.

There are no deliveries on weekends or federal holidays.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you an email with your order tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Can I change my order?

As orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing, we're unable to change orders after they've been received.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We may be able to update your address if your order hasn't already shipped.

Can I send an ANDI as a gift?

Yes! All orders are wrapped in beautiful ANDI branded tissue paper.

Our packing slips don't show pricing information. Packing slips also don't show sender information, so either give your recipient a heads up about their gift, or write "From: [Your Name]" in the company field of the shipping address.

Please note that we do offer gift returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Gift recipients can return items per our return policy for an exchange or store credit in the amount of the original purchase value.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, no. UPS are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International shipments may experience delays as a result of COVID-19. The length of the delay is dependent on each country's local delivery abilities. Please note that we don't accept returns for international orders.

We currently ship to: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain , Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.

International shipments are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expediated (unless this service is unavailable, in which case a comparable service will be used) as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for all local customs, duties, import and customs broker fees. Shipments returned to ANDI for any reason will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return or exchange?

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at info@theandibrand.com.

To initiate a return or exchange, please click here and we'll send you a prepaid UPS return label. All you need is your order number and either the shipping zip code, phone number, or email address used at the time of purchase. If you don’t know your order number, you can locate this on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email.

US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee with the exception of store credit requests (issued as a eGift Card - you can keep for yourself or gift to a friend). If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Can I exchange or return a gift?

We offer gift returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Gift recipients can return items per our return policy for an exchange or store credit in the amount of the original purchase value.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

We accept returns (in accordance with our return policy) on items not marked “Final Sale”. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are also Final Sale.

How do exchanges work?

Due to the high demand and limited quantities of some products, you can complete an exchange by placing a new order for the item you would like, while simultaneously creating a return for the original item.

How long will it take to receive my refund? And where will my refund go?

Once your return has been received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise noted. Gift cards are refunded first if more than one method of payment was used. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be completed and appear on your bank statement.

Returns Disclaimer

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, free of odor, with all accessories, hangtags and packaging included in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.

Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand by the quality and durability of our ANDIs.

We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your ANDI eventually wears out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your gear and your experience. ANDI branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.

This warranty applies to all ANDIs purchased in the United States from theandibrand.com or an Authorized Retailer with proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any items purchased at a sample sale, either in-person or online. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge. If an item is deemed not repairable, we will replace it at our discretion. If a direct replacement is not available, we may issue a store credit for the original purchase amount. If you do not want a replacement or store credit, you may also choose to have the item returned to you. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Items not covered under warranty may be returned to you.

What does material, component, and workmanship defect mean?

Defects in materials, components, or workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Materials and components refer to zippers, buckles and fabrics, etc. Workmanship refers to seams and construction. Damage due to normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy (as further discussed below).

What is specifically covered?

The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Inevitably, well used (and well loved!) products will eventually wear out—fabrics will deteriorate, and colors will fade. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policy—it may simply be time to replace it.

What's not covered?

We will cover your product against defect and malfunction until such a time that it has been used and worn out beyond reasonable repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. “Normal wear and tear” generally mean the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the bag over an extended period of time. There are a few factors that determine the end of “product life”, including the following:

(1) Fabric—if the fabric is discolored, degraded, de-laminated or deteriorated, we may determine this to be end of “product life”’;

(2) If a major component fails due to extended use (such as a handle or zipper) we may deem the product to have met its full life cycle.

Re-pouch Sets are made using recycled ANDIs, due to the nature of their upcycled materials they are not covered under this limited warranty.

ANDI AND ITS SUPPLIERS’, AFFILIATES’, AND AGENTS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY PURSUANT TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. NEITHER ANDI NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND ITS OR THEIR CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE DAMAGES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

Governing Law and Venue; Severability. To the full extent permitted under applicable local law, this Limited Warranty and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty (“Disputes”) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, excluding conflicts of law principles and excluding the Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Disputes. If any provision of this Limited Warranty is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.

Who this warranty extends to. This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser of any product or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the product located within the United States. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from ANDI or an authorized retailer. The “original recipient”, for purposes of this warranty, is the first recipient of the product purchased as a gift from ANDI or an authorized retailer. All ANDI warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the products are owned by the original purchaser/recipient, for the reasonable lifetime of the product. A copy of the purchase receipt is required to determine warranty applicability.

ANDI limited warranties are not transferable and not applicable to use of the products for commercial purposes.
