If your ANDI needs a clean, we have two methods to recommend:
For spot cleaning we suggest creating a mixture of warm water and a mild neutral soap. Test the solution first on a less visible area of your bag and let it dry fully before proceeding. Dampen a clean soft cloth with the cleaning solution and rub gently in circular motions. Wipe the area thoroughly with a clean freshly dampened cloth.
If you need an all over freshen up because you’ve left your gym clothes in your bag over the long weekend you can place your ANDI inside-out on a gentle machine wash with mild neutral detergent (you should spot test the detergent first). Hang your bag upside down, flattening out any large creases by hand and allow your bag to air dry thoroughly.
While ANDIs can stand up a machine wash, we suggest you don’t make this a regular habit as heavy washing can reduce the bag’s water-resistant and UV-resistant capabilities.
They sure can, ANDIs are unisexual. Find a color that matches your vibes and you are good to go.

ANDIs are water-resistant and your ANDI itself will not be damaged by water. As for the contents inside, if you get caught in a light rain shower, you’ll be OK due to the fabrics water repellent properties; however, ANDIs are not waterproof, mostly due to the zippers and seams being stitched rather than heat sealed, so if you’re in a downpour with your laptop in your bag, it’s best to seek cover!

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
We ship on business days and if your order is received prior to 12:00pm Eastern time it will usually ship out the same day.
We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll find a good solution. You can always send your purchases back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided that it is returned to us unused, with all original tags and packaging in place and undamaged.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders with the US.

Orders of $175+ receive free shipping. Orders under $175 attract a $15 shipping fee. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and will be collected by your local carrier or customs office. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund after goods are returned to us in their original condition, less any shipping & handling costs incurred.

Transit times vary depending on the destination country. As a guide, orders generally take between 3 to 9 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number after you order so that you can track the status of your package. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.
It’s our hope that your ANDI will be a loved companion for as long as you wish to use it. Accordingly, we work hard to provide you with excellent customer service, including well-built products that we stand behind 100%.
When products are used for their intended purpose, our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty ("warranty") covers any defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect. It also does not include incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag.
Our warranty program is available only to original owners of ANDIs purchased as new items on our website or at one of our authorized retailers. We require proof of purchase and are happy to manage this for you by way of our registration program. To register your ANDI, please fill out this form within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
We strongly suggest insuring and tracking packages that you send, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost by way of carrier on their way to our facilities.
Repairs can take between 3-6 weeks from receipt. We’ll send you an email with a tracking number once your bag is on its way back to you. If you have any questions or would like to initiate a repair, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com referencing your order number, item for return and reason for return. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and packaged in the original packaging (with the barcode sticker attached) in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
We cannot accept returns for products purchased from other retailers or websites. All returns from other retailers must be completed with the original retailer.
Kindly note that any shipping costs are not refundable, nor are duties and taxes on international orders.
We’re happy to exchange purchases from our website to ensure you get the bag you’ll love! We have a 30-day exchange period.
Exchanges are only accepted if products are unused, with all original tags and packaging in place and undamaged. Essentially, they need to be 'as new' in order for us to re-stock them.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your exchange. Make sure you have your order # and billing zip, as you'll need those to initiate your exchange or return. If you don’t know your order number, customers can usually locate it by searching for “Your ANDI Order” in their inbox. If you need your exchange sooner than later, we suggest requesting a refund and ordering the new product separately. This is also a great option if the color you're interested in is Limited Edition. Once a Limited Edition color is sold out it is gone for good, so be sure to get it while you can!
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All Final Sale products are noted on the website at the time of purchase below the price tag.

It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll send a refund notification email as soon as we have issued your refund.
Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase.
Yup, we're all about sharing the love! The only thing you need to transfer your gift card is the gift card code, which can be found on your gift card page.
Our gift cards are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If for some reason you don’t love your new ANDI, we’ll gladly take it back and give you a full refund on the gift card—as long as the item you’re returning is unused, with all original tags and packaging in place and undamaged.
