We're confident that you'll love your ANDI, although if for any reason you're not satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and be returned in the original packaging with hang tags in place. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

I looked forever for a cute but functional backpack for a mon with 2 toddlers. I do love this bag and it is worth every bit of the sale price, but I cannot justify the original price. It is quality, but not extraordinarily so as there is nothing particularly unique about it. I did appreciate the order email updates.
