Orders are shipped from our New York distribution center on business days. We strive to ship all orders received prior to 1:30 PM ET the same day.
We're confident that you'll love your ANDI, although if for any reason you're not satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and be returned in the original packaging with hang tags in place. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
COVID-19 Update: Please note that shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc..) have advised all retailers of possible transit delays due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on carrier networks and unprecedented increases in shipping volumes over the past several months.
Carriers have suspended their usual expedited Service Guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination. While carriers will continue to make best efforts to deliver expedited orders within the stated service times, carriers cannot currently guarantee delivery within those service times due to the impact of the pandemic on their normal business operations. Due to this, shipping fees on late packages cannot be refunded.
